Backup policy, Do you provide backups?

 

You are responsible for your backups and web content.

 

Every Sunday we take a full weekly backup, with incremental daily backups, for all our servers except dedicated servers.  This is not an archive and only the 3 latest backups are kept.

We recommend you create and download your own personal backups through Cpanel.

Our backups are intended for recovery in case of a disk crash, but we can, if necessary and at a small fee, restore your web and database content from our backups. Due to system integration limitations we can not restore emails or system settings for individual accounts, only website files and databases.
